The film “Too Hot To Work” has won the ILO global media competition on labor migration. The film is by Tom Laffay, Jacob Templin, Justine Simons, Karif Wat, Ed Kashi, Aryn Baker, Elijah Wolfson and Diane Tsai. It was published in Context and TIME on November 15, 2022.
The winning entries are examples of balanced and ethical reporting on migrant workers and labor migration that also help to address stereotypes and misconceptions, said the ILO.
