Fundación Isla es una ONG internacional de investigaciones y políticas públicas que trabaja en la intersección de la salud pública y los derechos humanos para dirigirse a una enfermedad epidémica mortal, la enfermedad renal crónica de causas no tradicionales (ERCnT) entre los trabajadores de la caña de azúcar en América Latina.
